Guide for the Special Professional Licensure Examination committee
Committee Overview
The SPLE committee supports members preparing for the Special Professional Licensure Examination.
This includes providing review resources, coordinating review sessions, sharing examination updates, and assisting candidates with the licensure process.
Committee announcements are published from the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) tab of the Officer's Portal, under Announcements. Full access lets you post them; viewing access is read-only.
Administrator accounts always have full access.
1. Getting to the Section
Sign in to the Officer's Portal with your staff account.
Select the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) tab, then open Announcements.
If the tab is not visible, your account does not yet have SPLE access. Ask an administrator to grant it.
2. Access Levels
Full access — you can view announcements and create new ones.
Viewing access — you can read existing announcements only. The "Create Announcement" button is hidden.
Administrators — always full access.
3. Working on a Phone
The Announcements section is designed for phones: announcement cards stack vertically and the create button spans the full width.
For long announcements, write the content on a computer — the editor toolbar is easier to use on a larger screen.
Attachments are uploaded from the device you are using, so photos taken on your phone can be attached directly.
