Membership Portal Manual
Guide to the PNA-ERSA Membership Portal
1. Portal Overview
The Membership Portal is the public gateway to all PNA-ERSA membership services.
From here, you can apply for membership, verify a member, check your membership status, and read the member manual.
The portal also explains the platform features and the simple 4-step process: Apply → Review → Get Approved → Get Verified.
2. Applying for Membership
Click the "Apply for Membership" button on the portal page.
You'll need to log in or create an account first if you haven't already.
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), including your personal information, professional credentials, and contact details.
Upload your professional photo (plain white background, neutral expression, high resolution) and proof of payment.
Indicate which PNA-ERSA officer received your payment and the transaction date.
Check the declaration box to confirm the information is accurate, then click "Submit Application".
You'll receive a confirmation that your application has been submitted successfully and is pending review.
3. Verifying a Member
Click the "Verify a Member" button on the portal page.
Enter the member's full name and membership ID (both are required for privacy).
Click "Verify Member".
If the member is approved, you'll see a "Verified Member" confirmation with their membership category.
No personal details or photos are shown for privacy reasons.
4. Checking Your Membership
Click the "My Membership" button on the portal page.
You'll need to be logged in. This page shows your application status, membership details, and credentials.
If your application is Pending, it's going through a 3-step review process:
Step 1 — Requirements Verification: The Director reviews your submitted information to confirm all requirements are complete. If anything is missing, your application may be denied with a reason.
Step 2 — Payment Validation: Once requirements are verified, the application is sent to Finance to validate your proof of payment.
Step 3 — Final Decision: After Finance confirms your payment, the Director gives final approval and your digital card and certificate are generated.
If Revision Requested, you'll see an alert with the flagged items. Click "Revise My Application" to update only the flagged fields.
If Approved, you can view and download your digital card and certificate, and renew your membership when it's expiring.
5. Downloading Your Digital Card & Certificate
Once approved, go to "My Membership" and click "View My Card & Certificate".
Your digital membership card and certificate are displayed on-screen, scaled to fit your device.
Click "Download PNG" to save a high-resolution image with a white margin and thin black outline.
ID Card: 3.375" × 2.125" at 600 DPI — ultra high definition.
Certificate: 11" × 8.5" at 300 DPI — high definition.
The downloaded PNG looks identical to the on-screen preview, regardless of whether you're on a phone, tablet, or PC.
6. QR Code Verification
Both your digital ID card and certificate include a QR code.
Scanning the QR code with any smartphone camera directs to the PNA-ERSA membership portal.
The QR code on the ID card is on the right side; on the certificate it's at the center bottom.
This allows anyone to quickly verify your membership status.
7. Membership Expiry & Renewal
Your membership has an expiry date shown on your digital card and certificate.
You'll see an alert on "My Membership" when your membership is expiring soon or has expired.
To renew, click the "Renew Membership" button on the "My Membership" page.
Review and update your mobile number, current position, employer/facility, and current city.
Upload an updated professional photo and a new proof of payment, then submit. Your renewal goes through the same 3-step review process.
While your renewal is pending, you won't be able to submit another renewal — this prevents duplicate applications.
